This stage of life is full of transitions—and it’s one of my favorite groups to work with. Whether you're in college, starting your first job, or just trying to figure out what’s next, it can feel like a lot. Between expectations, uncertainty, and constant pressure to have it all together, you might find yourself thinking, What am I even doing with my life?

Independence is exciting, but it often comes with stress, decision fatigue, and the collision of your own voice with other people’s opinions—especially when it comes to family, relationships, or career paths.

I help young adults slow down, sort through the noise, and reconnect with who they are and what they want. Together, we’ll work on managing anxiety, setting boundaries, navigating relationships, and developing the clarity and tools you need to move forward with more confidence.

About Robyn
I’ve been a therapist for over two decades. While I began my career working primarily with teens, many of those teens became young adults—and I’ve had the privilege of continuing to support them through the next stage of life.

Today, a large part of my practice is dedicated to college students and young adults navigating everything real life throws at them: anxiety, burnout, identity questions, relationship struggles, loneliness, and the ever-present pressure to have it all figured out.
​
I’m warm, laid-back, and supportive—but I’m also honest. I won’t sugarcoat things if you’re looking for real feedback. Clients often tell me I’m one of the least judgmental people they’ve talked to, and that makes it easier for them to open up about the messy, complicated parts of life.
I show up as a real person. You can ask me questions, and I’ll answer honestly (within reason, of course). I’m thoughtful and sharp, but never expect you to impress me. This isn’t a space where you have to prove anything. My role is to walk alongside you while you figure out who you are, what you want, and how to move forward in a way that feels true to you.
